• Engage in fraudulent fundraising.
• Misrepresent yourself or another person.
• Impersonate a school, organization, coach, teacher, or student.
• Upload false or misleading information.
• Submit unauthorized fundraising campaigns.
• Circumvent platform security.
• Interfere with website operations.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Introduce malware, viruses, bots, ransomware, or malicious code.
• Harvest donor or user information.
• Use automated scraping tools.
• Interfere with payment processing.
• Engage in phishing or identity theft.

3. Content Standards

You may not upload or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful.
• Is defamatory.
• Is threatening or harassing.
• Is discriminatory or hateful.
• Contains obscene or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes violence.
• Infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
• Violates privacy rights.
• Includes confidential information without authorization.

SPARKED reserves the sole right to determine whether content violates this policy.

4. Fundraising Requirements

Campaign organizers agree that:

• They have authority to conduct the fundraiser.
• Their organization has approved participation where required.
• All information submitted is truthful.
• Donations will be used for the stated fundraising purpose.
• They will comply with all applicable fundraising laws and school policies.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Protecting login credentials.
• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Promptly reporting unauthorized access.
• Keeping contact information current.

Accounts may not be shared or transferred without permission.

6. Fraud Prevention

SPARKED may investigate any activity that appears suspicious, including:

• Artificial donations
• Fake accounts
• Chargeback abuse
• Identity theft
• Payment fraud
• Multiple fraudulent accounts
• Attempts to manipulate fundraising totals

SPARKED may suspend campaigns or delay payouts while an investigation is underway.

7. Intellectual Property

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the SPARKED platform without prior written permission.

8. Enforcement

SPARKED reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate campaigns
• Refuse service
• Delay payouts
• Report suspected criminal activity
• Cooperate with law enforcement
• Pursue available legal remedies

These actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary to protect users or the platform.
